Hello, my name is John and I suffer from panic attacks. This disease (if you can call it that), has threatened my livelihood, friendships, jobs and has influenced all possible ways for me to make a normal and productive life. It all started when I was eight-years-old and has been a continuous pest in my life. This blog is here to share all that I have bottled inside with the rest of the world, and I know there are people out there that like me, are victims of this mysterious but very real monster.
